General Manager

Immediate Need

The General Manager is responsible for the profit of the arcade and attractions through effective management and control of staff and equipment. S/he keeps the games in “ideal playing conditions.” S/he is involved with cash handling, balancing deposits and cash drawers, and assisting with promotional ideas.


The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service, team building, and problem-solving skills! We are highly interested in candidates that have experience in social media and digital promotions and advertising.

Duties:

  • Assist with overall operations improvements to achieve sales goals and increase customer base

  • Monitor store inventory levels on a daily basis ensure adequate availability of products

  • Perform minor repairs on arcade machines or attraction equipment, as necessary, to ensure they are in working order

  • Ensure satisfactory maintenance, appearance, and condition of facilities to comply with security, safety, and environmental codes and ordinances

  • Assist customers by explaining game operation or rules or responding to customer complaints of machine or attraction malfunction

  • Facilitate recruitment and hiring of employees for peak season

  • Complete performance reviews and absence/attendance reports

  • Review timesheets for accuracy

  • Prepare cash drawer reconciliation and bank deposits
  • In conjunction with Assistant Manager:

    • supervise employees to ensure they are in compliance with operating and attendance practices and policies

    • plan and prepare work schedules and assignments of employees to specific duties

    • Ensure employees are properly trained

    • Monitor store staffing on a daily basis

Assistant Manager

Starts February 2022

The Assistant Manager (AM) is the main contact for employees and guests during an assigned shift.  The AM ensures guests' needs are met by maintaining the center's appearance, cleanliness, and safety, and by ensuring attractions/systems are in working order during his/her shift.  The AM provides supervision to team members and support during peak periods or when scheduling conflicts arise during his/her shift.  This is an entry level management role and is perfect for someone with team lead experience!

We are willing to train the right person of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a supervisor role. This position relies on the ability to lead and direct the work of others and participate in the overall operations during their shift. The ideal candidate must have a flexible schedule, available weekends and holidays, and be able to open or close the facility based on the needs of the business.

All Season Attraction Attendant

Immediate Start

We are open all year long, so we do have the need for All Season Attraction Attendants during operating hours all year.  

Attraction Attendants are our first point of contact for our guests, greeting them upon entry, handling cash and credit card sales, explaining the rules of the attractions, and helping to maintain the appearance of our center. Since we are a tourist destination, excellent customer service skills are a must to ensure our guests have the best experience! Our All Season Attraction Attendants do need to be available to work at least one weekend night per weekend and holidays (though employees alternate holidays off so the same employees don't have to work every holiday).

Peak Season Attraction Attendant

Spring, Summer, and/or Winter Breaks

Our Peak Season Attraction Attendant position is perfect for college students looking to make some extra cash while home on their college break! 

This position provides support to our center during peak times.  The Wharf is a tourist destination that is the busiest from June-August and during Spring Break and the Christmas/New Year week. This provides the perfect income opportunity for college students home on break. 

Attractions Attendants are our first point of contact for our guests, greeting them upon entry, handling cash and credit card sales, explaining the rules of the attractions, and helping to maintain the appearance of our center. Since we are a tourist destination, excellent customer service skills are a must to ensure our guests have the best experience! Our Seasonal Attraction Attendants do need to be available to work at least one weekend night per week and holidays (though employees alternate holidays off so the same employees don't have to work every holiday).
